Peace Picnic

Anne Arundel Peace Action holds an annual Independence Day Peace Picnic. The tradition began in the year of the Persian Gulf War when folks wanted an alternative to the militaristic hoopla that characterized 1991. All of the picnics have been really fun occasions and have featured good food and the singing of peace songs.
